Our Project managers are strong believers of Teamwork and that everyone’s opinion should be considered prior to making a decision. By being approachable and promoting respect for peers and colleagues, an open relationship is established where issues are brought up early before they become major problems. By tackling small fires as they emerge with a garden hose we never have to rely on the fire engine!
